Keeping this in view, the Asian Workers Development Institute (AWDI) has been at the center of pioneering efforts to adequately prepare and train prospective managers in the service of the nation. Since the earlyeighties, when management education and training had not caught the attention of the students, parents and guardians, AWDI has been imparting management education in different streams.
